A Little About Me
Hi, I'm Kim. Before moving into coaching work, I spent many years working within businesses in various industries, in operational and management roles.
Much of my work focused on improving how businesses functioned, identifying inefficiencies, developing systems and processes, supporting teams, recruitment, training, understanding the market and clientele.
In that environment I saw firsthand how ideas either succeed or stall. The difference rarely came down to intelligence or talent. It came down to structure, decision-making, and having someone willing to ask the right questions at the right time.
That experience is what I bring into this program.
When we work together, I’m not just listening to your idea from a personal development perspective. I’m also looking at it from a practical business and operational lens — helping you see where it could realistically begin and what steps might move it forward.

How the Program Works
This is a four-week intensive, with one to one private coaching sessions each week via Zoom.
Every session focuses on a different stage of your business.
Before our first session, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire, so I understand:
• what stage you’re at
• what you’ve already done
• what platforms or tools you’re using
• what’s been holding you back
• your time and budget
So we don’t waste time figuring it out during sessions. We start focused.
Between sessions you’ll receive worksheets and prompts designed to help you work through your thinking and develop the business further.
You’ll also be able to reach out between sessions if questions or challenges come up.

Week One (1.5 Hours) – Defining Your Business Properly
This is the most important session.
We break your business idea down and make it clear.
Together we will focus on:
what your service actually is
who it’s for (properly — not surface level)
what problem you’re solving
what makes you different
what’s currently holding you back
defining what success would realistically look like for you
If you can’t clearly explain what you do and who it’s for, nothing else works.
This session fixes that.
Most people stay stuck here for months because everything feels unclear or too broad. In this session, we slow things down and work through your idea properly so it becomes specific and usable. By the end, you’re not second-guessing what you’re offering or who it’s for — you’ll be able to explain your business simply and confidently, which makes every decision after this much easier.
Week Two (1.5 Hours) – Build Your Offer + Money Model
Once your business is clearer, we begin looking at how your offer might take shape in the real world.
Now we make it real. We work through:
how your service is delivered
what you’re actually selling
how it generates income
what you need to set up (and what you don’t)
The goal here is not complexity. You don't leave with 10 options.
You leave knowing what you're focusing on.
This is where your idea starts to feel like a real business. Instead of guessing what to charge or trying to copy what others are doing, we work through what makes sense for you — your time, your capacity, and your goals. Week Three (1.5 Hours) – Tools, Platforms & Setup

The final session is about direction. Now we get you moving.
Together we will focus on:
