What Transformational Coaching Is

A partnership rooted in awareness and choice

Transformational Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process that places you at the centre. I support women and men in mid-life that are seeking change and growth. We work with what’s present — your thoughts, experiences, challenges, and goals — and explore how patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives influence the way you live and work.

Rather than offering strategies alone, this work focuses on self-awareness. When you understand how your thinking shapes your emotions — and how those emotions drive behaviour — you gain the ability to make conscious, empowered choices.

This approach draws gently on principles of humanistic and cognitive psychology, recognising that sustainable change doesn’t come from correction or pressure, but from understanding, curiosity, and self-compassion.

This style of coaching is entirely led by you. There is no fixed agenda, no worksheets, and no prescribed direction - each session responds to what matters most in the moment. Thoughtful questioning, reflection, techniques and partnership for you to explore whatever is important to you.

Leading your Life from the Inside Out

Inner Authority Program

Designed for mid-life men and women who are ready to move beyond surface-level change and engage in deeper self-exploration. This program supports clients to examine the internal narratives, belief systems, and conditioned patterns that quietly shape how you think, decide, and live.

Through structured yet client-responsive coaching techniques, you build awareness, strengthen self-leadership, and develop the confidence to make decisions that honour who you truly are — not who you’ve learned to be. The outcome is not just insight, but momentum: a clearer sense of self, steadier nervous system regulation, and the capacity to create meaningful, sustainable change.

8 Sessions (Weekly or Fortnightly)

1 Hour, conducted online via Zoom

Experience the beauty of Group Work

Group Coaching Program

A guided small-group experience designed for women who want connection, shared learning, and a safe space to grow together. This program includes structured sessions, peer insights, accountability, and tools to help you apply the work in real time — all at a reduced rate. It’s an opportunity to feel supported not just by your coach, but by a community of people navigating similar challenges.

6 Weekly Sessions, 6pm AEST

1 Hour, conducted online via Zoom
